Shipping Policy
Orders over $200 ship for free, otherwise we have a flat rate of $10 within the U.S.! All free shipping will be ground UPS and only applies to the lower 48 states. Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. central standard time will be shipped out the next business day. Delivery can take up to 6-8 business days.
Online Return & Refund Policy
Any customization of a product will render it non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to shaping or stretching of hats and stretching of boots.
On final sale/ closeout sale items, these are non-returnable.
You have 30 days to return items. Items MUST be in brand new condition at time of return; tags in place, boots cannot be worn outside, etc. Worn items will not be refunded and return shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser. Any items deemed non-returnable will be kept for 10 days and then donated if no return shipping is paid for. Money will be refunded to the original payment method. Credit card payments may take 5-10 business days for a refund to show up. Final sale items cannot be returned.
You cover shipping on returns and can use whatever service is most convenient for you. Proof of purchase MUST be included with the return - NO EXCEPTIONS.
